1. Service is reserved exclusively for customers who present the E-Coupon.
2. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made.
4. These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent.
5. These packages exclude doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
6. These packages exclude treatment fees or medications prescribed by the doctors, if any.
7. 8. Services can be received at the Health Design Center, 5th Floor, Building R, Bangkok Hospital (Soi Soonvijai),
every day from 7:00 to 15:00.
Note:
1. In case customers request cancellation of the order after Health Guarantee period without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.
2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discounts.
