Instructions for preparation for health check-up

• Please ensure that you have a minimum of six hours of sleep before your scheduled appointment.
• Please do not eat or drink for at least 10–12 hours prior to the check-up.
• Please do not consume alcohol for at least 4 hours prior to the check-up.
• You can request a box for the stool examination in advance.
• After collecting the stool, send it right away or store it in a cool place between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius for the next 4 hours.
• You should avoid eating, smoking, and caffeine for at least three hours before the exercise stress test.
• If you are having a lower abdominal ultrasound (Ultrasound Lower Abdomen), please drink a lot of water after the blood draw and hold your urine until the test is complete.
• If you have any chronic diseases, regular medication, vaccination book, or other health history, please bring the test results or a report from your doctor for diagnosis.

For females

• If pregnant, please inform the staff.
• Avoid 7 days before or after the menstrual period.
• Urine analysis and breast cancer screening by Digital Mammogram, should avoid having the test during the menstrual period.
