1. Service is reserved for customers who present the coupon upon arrival.

2. In case the coupon is not presented, the customer must pay the examination fee as stated.

3. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. The coupon is valid only for the specified examination and cannot be altered.

5. This package is for outpatients who are physically dependent. 

6. This package excludes doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.

7. This package does not cover additional treatment or medication prescribed by the doctor.

8. Please make an appointment at least 1 day in advance.

10.Services can be received at Integrated Care Center , 2nd Floor, Bangkok International Hospital building (BIH) every day from 08:00 to 16:00.

11. The price is applicable to both Thai nationals and expatriates.

 

*The test involves a swab (buccal mucosa tissue sample collection). Please refrain from eating, drinking, and smoking for approximately 1 hour before the test.

 

Note:

1. In case customers request cancellation of the order without valid reasons from the hospital, the hospital reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee from the net amount on the receipt.

2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.

1. After successful payment, you will receive an SMS with an e-coupon.
2. Please schedule an appointment at least 3 days in advance before receiving the service by calling the Contact Center at 1719 or add line @bangkokhospital
3. Before the service date, please go to "My Orders" -> "To Receive" and click the "Check and Accept" button.
4. Present the e-coupon to the staff on the day of the service.
